The Panhandle Veterans Advancement Network (PVAN) was founded in 2025 by three U.S. military Veterans and a team of dedicated criminal justice professionals committed to serving those who served. Together, they recognized the critical gaps Veterans face when transitioning to civilian life—from housing instability and transportation barriers to unmet medical, dental, and mental health needs.

Motivated by firsthand experience and driven by a shared passion for supporting Veterans, they established PVAN to deliver practical, boots-on-the-ground assistance to those who’ve earned it most.

Based in Amarillo, Texas, PVAN is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring service with service—offering Veteran-led, community-based solutions that promote dignity, accountability, and long-term success.
